The highly-experienced Shan cooks at Cave Lodge can create some fantastic meals, from the local cuisine (the exotic food that they eat) to Thai and international favourites. Choose anything from our extensive menu and you won’t be disappointed. We also sell beer and wine at very reasonable prices and our fresh fruit smoothies are famous. There is something for everyone, and it is all cooked in front of you in our clean visitor friendly kitchen.

We bake our famous banana and chocolate muffins in our woodfired oven. Our bread is also baked in this homemade wood-fired oven. Pizzas are also available on request. Best to order during the day and have it for dinner.

Whether it is a local delicacy or a Cave Lodge hamburger you feel like, there isn’t a better place to eat then on the verandah of the Lodge, overlooking the river and forest.
